Nothing will be due to the Agent for his activity in case of missed termination of the deal.
Only in case of termination of the deal (art. 1326 c.c.), the customer is obliged to pay the Agent an agreed fee to an extent:
agency fee equal to 3% + VAT for law.
This compensation will mature and must be paid at the same time as the pre – proposal /
contract has been completed or, in its absence, on the conclusion of the final contract.
In any case, the compensation must be paid even if the deal will be concluded directly between the sides, in a later date.
The customer declares that he/she has taken view of the following documents made available by the Real Estate:
“Privacy Information” according to the art. 13 and 14 of the General Rules on the Data Protection UE 679/2016; “Important recommendations against Coronavirus” in the extract from the annex 4 of DPCM 26 april 2020.
