Privacy Policy
This notice is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (Italian Privacy Code) to visitors of en.aquamarinarealestate.com (the “Website”) and to anyone who contacts us through it. We are an Italian real estate agency: the processing is governed by Italian law and supervised by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). 2. What data we process
Browsing data. In normal operation the Website’s systems collect some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time and duration of the visit. It is used to run the Website, keep it secure and produce anonymous statistics.
Data you provide. When you fill in a contact form, ask for information or a viewing of a property, request a valuation of your own property, or write to us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you give us: name and surname, e-mail, phone number, language, the content of your message, the features of the property you are looking for or offering and, if you state them, your preferences (area, budget, type of property).

We do not ask for, and do not intend to collect through the Website, special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR). Please do not include them in your messages.

Providing the data requested in our forms is optional, but without the fields marked as required we cannot answer your request.
4. Who we share data with
Data is processed by the controller’s staff and collaborators, who are authorised and instructed for this purpose. It may also be disclosed to parties acting on our behalf as processors (Article 28 GDPR) or, where applicable, as independent controllers:
- the provider of the real estate CRM in which requests are recorded — onOffice GmbH, Aachen (Germany, EU);
- e-mail, hosting and IT service providers — Google Ireland Ltd. for Google Workspace; hosting: OVHcloud (OVH SAS);
- Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. for the statistics and marketing services described in the Cookie Policy, only with your consent;
- notaries, professionals, banks and other intermediaries involved in a transaction, if and when needed to carry it forward;
- public authorities and supervisory bodies where the law requires it (for example the Italian Financial Intelligence Unit for anti-money-laundering purposes).
Data is never published or sold to third parties.
5. Data transfers outside the European Union
Data is stored on servers within the European Union. Some providers (Google, Meta) may transfer data to the United States: they are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) and, in addition, rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission (Article 46 GDPR).
6. How long we keep data

7. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest (including direct marketing) and to withdraw any consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise them write to info@aquamarina.email; we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, Italy), or with the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.
8. Automated decision-making and minors
We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you. The Website is not intended for persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
