- We look at the property and its documents, and compare the prices of actual sales in your area.
- We give you a realistic value and explain how we reached it.
The valuation is free and does not commit you to selling with us.
What we look at
- Location, floor, orientation and sea view.
- Outdoor space: terraces, garden, garage and parking.
- Condition of the property and its systems, energy class (APE, the Italian energy performance certificate).
- Planning and cadastral compliance under Italian law: if there are discrepancies, we find them before you go on the market, not during negotiations.
